As I walked home last night, I tried to imagine what it would be like to go cherry blossom viewing at night. The Japanese actually have a name for it: yozakura.

It’s actually quite common to see cherry blossoms covered in snow — if you consider that the trees bloom in late winter/early spring when a snowfall is still possible.
The important thing is not to let snow get in the way of your cherry blossom viewing.
